Job Overview:
As a Divisional Sales Analyst for the independent sales organization (ISO), this position will report to the ISO Sales Analytics Manager, with a dotted line into a Division Sales Manager. This will be critical to driving the overall success of our agreed strategies.
Responsibilities:
Working with both internal and external data sources to analyze monthly performance, identify actionable opportunities and create persuasive customer presentations to influence and drive the overall KDP strategy and goals.
The creation of a score card method and analysis for key customers and the overall sales team performance.
Coordinate and lead pricing initiatives for key distributors using automated process to speed data to the retailers while monitoring bottlers/distributors to ensure pricing accuracy.
Oversee and manage team portal for all communications with retailers.
Oversee and manage visual management score cards for the sales team.
Manage key functions to deliver better internal/external communications and collaboration for the ISO team.
This position will utilize both internal and external data sources to analyze volume/package performance across ISO, key competitors and key business segments.
Collaborate internally and externally with Key KDP personnel and retailers.
Develop and build ad hoc reporting for presentations to demonstrate and track trends within the category utilizing internal and external data sources and the appropriate technology tools (i.e. Nielsen, Margin Minder, Case Sales Reports, etc.).
MyDay Execution Metrics - Analysis and reporting to RSM and operations concerning new and missed opportunities
Coordinate and lead pricing initiatives while monitoring bottlers/distributors to ensure pricing accuracy in key retailers.
Administrate pricing information, item and package information with ISO bottlers to simplify the process in key retailers.
Handle correspondences and all other critical documentation between KDP and the retailer.
Develop key retailer wiring grids to promote more efficient bottler to retailer operations communications and early resolution of service & execution opportunities.
Position will work closely with field Sales and bottlers/distributors achieve desired goals.
Ability to make presentations to internal stake holders and sales teams utilizing high level of persuasion skills
Requirements:
Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience in CPG, or 4 years of experience in CPG
A minimum of 4 years of experience with Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Margin Minder knowledge
2 years minimum experience in finance analytics.
